Partall Film #10 acts as a critical insurance policy for your composite projects, ensuring that your hard work doesn't end up fused to the mold. This water and alcohol-based Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) coating sprays on to form a tough, glossy skin that resists the solvents found in standard thermoset resins. It is particularly effective for breaking in new molds or working with unseasoned polyester and vinylester tooling, providing a physical parting layer that stands up to the heat and chemistry of the curing process.
The true value of this film is felt during de-molding. Because Partall Film #10 is strictly water-soluble, it offers a fail-safe release method for stubborn or heavy parts.
